Two years ago, when I took Naija Brand Chick DSI, one message from a facilitator stayed with me till today. She said, “𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞 𝐛𝐫𝐨𝐤𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐫𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐧.” That day, the ratio of women to men was almost 9.5 to 0.5.
